UNS S32803 pipe is a duplex stainless steel pipe, known for its strength and corrosion resistance due to its mixed austenite and ferrite microstructure. It is used in various industries like oil and gas, chemical processing, and power generation, offering good resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC). Key properties include a tensile strength of approximately 800 MPa (116,000 psi) and a yield strength of 550 MPa (80,000 psi).

Duplex Steel S32803 Tubes consists of high chromium & molybdenum and lower nickel contents. Duplex Steel S32803 Tubes are the most corrosion-resistant and contain hardenable alloys. It displays the properties of stainless steel, which is austenitic and Ferritic. Duplex Steel S32803 Tubes are measured high resistant to stress corrosion cracking, but it does not resist Ferritic stainless steels. Duplex S32803 Tubes made up of nitrogen boosted duplex stainless steel developed to resist common corrosion problems and is the maximum used grade in the stainless steels duplex category.
