SB 444 UNS N06625 refers to ASME Specification SB-444 for tubing made from UNS N06625 alloy, commercially known as Inconel 625, a high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium-molybdenum-columbium superalloy used in demanding high-temperature applications like heat exchangers, superheaters, and aircraft engines. It offers excellent resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion, with two grades: Grade 1 (annealed) and Grade 2 (solution annealed).

  • Composition: Nickel, Chromium, Molybdenum, Columbium (Niobium).
  • Commercial Name: Inconel 625.
