The "H" designation signifies a higher carbon content for improved creep strength and resistance in applications where temperatures exceed \(537\)°C (\(1000\)°F). These tubes are used in demanding industries like petrochemicals, power generation, and chemical processing due to their strength, toughness, and resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially after welding.
